New School (the ORIGINAL FitCamp):Why are out fitcamps so great? They are designed to incorporate all the fundamentals of fitness - stretching, cardio, weights and core strength. The best part for you is that our professional trainers setup each well balanced class to give you results! Fitcamps run 3 days a week for 4 weeks.

Apex (the ORIGINAL Spinning Classes):Do you want to burn maximum calories and increase your cardio? Sign up for a Spin Class. Classes are 60 minutes, including the warm up and cool down. Designed to all fitness levels, you will do sprints and climb hills. Each bike has its own tension level, so you can make it as challenging as you want!

Your core consists of all the muscles in your abdominal and lower back areas. A strong, stable core can help to prevent injuries because with stronger muscles supporting the spine, pelvis, and shoulder joints it can better handle the forces of rotation and compression that lead to back and joint injuries.
